Hi, I’m Ananya,
My journey into visual storytelling began in my late teens in India while studying Visual Media. At 19, I began interning on weddings as a photographer, videographer, and editor, learning the craft hands‑on and developing a deep respect for real, unscripted moments.
Soon after, I moved to Denmark to pursue a double degree in Film & Media, and later completed a Master’s in Film in Galway, Ireland.
When the industry slowed during COVID, I chose to build something of my own. Around the same time, I met my now‑husband Shane, who shared the same passion for film and photography, and together we started Ki‑Ki Weddings.
Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to receive funding from Ardan and the Arts Council for my documentary and experimental film work — experiences that continue to shape how I tell stories.
Over the years, I’ve moved from capturing wildlife to focusing on human moments. It’s the words that bring laughter and tears, the quiet moments you share before saying “I do,” and the energy of you tearing up the dance floor with your friends — these are the moments that stay with me on the day and throughout the edit.

Hi, I’m Shane. I bring experience, technical expertise, and a dedication to capturing moments beautifully. Constantly pushing each other to grow, we’re always striving to get better and do our best work.
My love for photography started with my dad, who was a photographer, but it wasn’t until after college that I really dove into it. During my college years, I also explored videography, working on short films, documentaries, and commercials. I photographed the Galway Film Festival and covered a variety of events, which helped me hone my eye for storytelling.
After graduating, I joined Moose, a video production company in Galway, where I worked on projects for big names like Penneys, Guinness, and NUIG. I also covered major events, including the Galway Arts Festival, and earned credits on documentaries for TG4 and RTE.
Beyond commercial work, I’ve served as a cinematographer on funded projects supported by Ardan and the Arts Council. These experiences have shaped my approach, combining creativity with technical skill to capture moments that truly matter.
Now, I’m excited to bring all of this to our team, capturing every precious moment of your special day. With me behind the lens, your memories are in expert, caring hands.
